Brief Description
A great looking old school rear wheel drive coupe coupled with a great sounding 2.8 injected V6 Cologne engine. Comfortable, practical and with classic lines the car is sorely missed.
Reliability
|
During my ownership I had to replace the exhaust system but I class that as a consumable item. |

Performance
|
160 bhp in a relatively light car gives this car a 0-60 under 8 seconds and a top speed of over 130 Mph. Whilst not earth shattering by todays standards it is still a quick motor. |

Practicality
|
Four seats and big boot makes the car practical enough for my needs. |

Comfort
|
Recaro leather seats, sunroof, deep pile carpets, padded door cards make this car a comfortable place to be. |

Cost
|
Cheap to buy, cheap to insure, cheap to run. Parts are typical Ford prices meaning that mechanical items are very cheap. Be warned that if you are considering restoring one of these that genuine Ford replacement panels are difficult to source and prices are very high. (£300+ for a front wing for example) |

Excellent car combining timeless styling and effortless performance from the Cologne V6. Great handling with enough power to be "fun" come roundabouts or corners. |
